As a small independent seller, our aim is to offer the highest level of customer service possible:

ORDERING: All orders received before 16:00 Mon-Fri will be dispatched by the following day  - Sat and Sun orders will be dispatched Monday morning -  providing the items are in stock.  Any items ordered that are found to be out of stock will generate an immediate offer of refund or an updated estimate for delivery time for the customers choice. 

RETURNS:  Any item arriving damaged, or in the case of a 'Used' book not being in the condition described, will be accepted back by return with a full refund and The Book Fayre meeting return postage costs, providing that this is done within 7 days of maximum delivery estimate time. 

Any item will be accepted back for return and full refund given where a customer has simply changed their mind within 7 days of maximum delivery estimate time however, the customer pays return postage costs.
